• This organizer is responsible for being our main point of contact, handling shipment, and payment for the whole order.
  
• Have the organizer fill out the information below and we will contact them at our earliest convenience.

We need some creative direction! 

• This can be as simple as "we want a jersey inspired by star wars" (or far more complex if you would like and we will try our best) 
• You can also provide sample designs images from google with edit suggestions and thoughts for us to follow. 
• If an athlete or parent is a designer you could design the whole jersey set and we can just make adjustments to fit the specific items.
• We do request that once given inspiration you only tweak within that concept a few times. 
• We do not do full redesigns either... meaning if you request a star wars themed jersey ... once we design it we can tweak within that concept but we can't say "nevermind we actually want beach party themed jerseys". If full changes are made we will need to charge design fees accordingly. 

4-5 Weeks from Design to Delivery**

• Designing: 7-15 business days based on how many edits are required. 
• Once design are approved we require payment in full before starting to cut/sew/print.
• Cut/Sew/Print: 5-7 business days. (Made in the USA)
• Shipping: 5-7 business days

Notes: At the start of the club season teams are put in a queue to start this work, and are first come first serve.
**The estimated timeline from design to delivery is approximately 4-5 weeks, but it is important to note that this timeframe is subject to potential adjustments in the event of any unforeseen delays.

• We save all our designs so if an athlete needs a new size or loses theirs we can charge you the same price for just one new one!
• There are several design limitations for jerseys and rules that we need to follow so we do not have unlimited creative freedom due to select rules from AAU/USAV but we will do our best within AAU/USAV guidelines. 
• All final designs are the rights of Ravenswood USA and can be re-sold to the public at our discretion.
